We recognise that financial advice needs to be clear, precise and of benefit to you. We understand this advice needs to be delivered in a manner that is easy to comprehend. Our aim is to make the whole advice process as painless and seamless as possible.

Whether you are setting up a life insurance policy to cover a mortgage, wanting to understand the risks and benefits of investing, or have a lifetime of disjointed financial planning to sort out – at Adanac, everyone gets the same uncompromised advice and support.

The advice process starts with a free, no obligation consultation at a mutually convenient time and place. At this initial meeting you get to assess the adviser you will be working with and find out more about Adanac. From this meeting we will be able to see if we can help you by gaining an insight into you, your circumstances and your objectives. At the end of the meeting we will both agree on a way forward. The next stage is for us to write to you setting out how we can help you, how we are going to do this, timescales, and agreeing the fee for our services.

We are happy to work on a fee or commission basis; the choice is yours.

Once you have returned your fee agreement, we will commence work immediately on your behalf. When we have completed our research and have considered your options, we will meet with you to discuss our findings and recommendations.

At Adanac we offer all our clients the opportunity to carry out a formal review of their situation at least once a year.
