You will have worked long and hard to build up trusting relationships with them and do not want to jeopardise this through a referral that backfires.At Adanac we are acutely aware of this and all our consultants remember that the clients you refer to us are your clients and your firm’s future. After all as our Professional Partners you are our lifeblood and future. We also recognise the need for the fee earners in the firm to be kept abreast of news that affects them and their clients. We communicate this in the form of seminars, briefings at team meetings and our monthly newsletter “Professional View”. At present, when appropriate, we award points for Continued Professional Development (CPD) and are in the process of becoming Accredited CPD providers with the Law Society. Over the years we have also held joint seminars for our mutual clients with our professional partners. At all times our work is conducted on the basis of mutual respect and openness in our relationships with our professional partners. As risk management is an ongoing concern in professional life, it is our practice to offer you a clear and easily documented referral process.
